Elements and Principals of Design

I had a hard time with this one, I haven’t ventured into Illustrator until now. It took me a lot of time to come up with a design, then hate it and come up with another. Only to realise now, after reading the brief for the fourth time that I have probably not quite delivered what was being asked! This activity taught me about the beauty of simplicity. Overall I am fairly happy with it although I would probably like redo the Texture and Balance elements. I have tried to keep a cohesive flow with the shapes used.

Elements and Principles of Design

BRIEF:
Create a collage of up to ten pieces of 2D materials that represent some of the elements and design principles you have just learnt, using any medium you choose.

These could include (but are not limited to) printed materials such as flyers, flattened packages, business cards, posters, advertisements, printed web pages and hand-rendered examples.
